Ramada By Wyndham Naples Hotel

Had a fine stay, the hotel is functional and modern.

Its location was central, near Metropark Napoli Centrale. Set near a railroad station, which helped to explore Naples. The staff were extremely helpful and the facilities were good...

Greatly enjoyed this modern hotel with efficient and excellent co-operating staff at reception desk and great breakfast. The breakfast was savoury and large and had variety of options. Very central location was a plus.

It was very close to the Central Station and opposite the Circumvesuviana Station. The Hotel room was spacious and clean.

The area surrounding the hotel was chaotic and it was difficult to locate the hotel after getting to Garibaldi Piazza from the Airport!

Location close to the station and port. comfortable hotel, very dirty and noisy around. Responsive professional staff. Cleaning and change of towels in the room every day. Room carpeting. Cleanliness and excellent soundproofing. Several elevators.

The declared "beautiful view from the window" was a view of the wall of an abandoned building. They asked for a higher floor and got the 3rd one. In the room, the refrigerator is very small, in the nightstand, it is inconvenient to open. The plumbing is old, it is very difficult to adjust the shower, from which water then flies in all directions, including the floor. Breakfast isn't so good either. Mostly pastry, omelette, salted ham. The coffee is disgusting, and it's in Italy. Slight tomatoes, bitter cucumbers. From the fruits - canned pineapples and apricots! And it's in the high season, in August in southern Italy! That's nonsense at all. We wanted to charge extra city taxes on departure, although this was already included in the price at the time of booking. It was barely proven that the price was final.

Location was convenient and handy, atmosphere - elegant. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, provided us with excellent services...

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and the classic double room was spacious with a huge bathroom. The staff was super friendly and were great too. It was refreshing compared to my last visit to naples, and i genuinely appreciated the convenient location close to the train station.

good position easy links to transport system,welcoming staff,good restaurent,nice rooms,clean and good value for city centre

Very good location when visiting Pompeii or Sorento/Amalfi coast (Circumvesuviana train station entrance is right in front of the hotel / althrough we were not disturbed by noise). From Garibaldi square (300m) you have direct connections to Castel Nuovo / Molo Bevelo (feries to Capri/ Ischia/ Sorrento/ Positano/ Amalfi). Good buffet breakfast. Taxi to airport 16 euro (we were 4 people and a lot of lugages) and there is also direct bus to airport (Alibus)

Garibaldi square and neighbourhood are not nice at all, but are part of Naples...

I stayed at ramada for 2 nights, and my classic double room was large and very clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the dinner was a delight, especially the beef appetizer and peppered beef main course. Definitely a highlight!

The room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff were friendly and reasobaly proficient.

The area around the hotel is not particularly pleasant. There was limited dining options in the hotel itself.

The closeness to public transport - the main station, the local regional trains to Pompeii, Sorrento, etc as well as the city bus service, is probably the nr 1 feature of the hotel.

The juices at breakfast were not real

very good hotel, location confortable - easy to arrive to from the autostrada and very lose to public transportaion to city center.

The hotel is comfortable, our room was OK, a bathroom was quite big and well equiped. It is a good place to stay, if You can stand the souroundings

Hotel is well placed near Piazza Garibaldi, but the sourounding of the hotel looks as though one was visiting favelas in Brasil - it is very dirty, it stinks, a lot of rubbish around, no pavements etc. One would think that Naples is in Europe, but it does not look like it.
